PiFresh Cleaning Service LLC is a professional cleaning service company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, providing residential and commercial cleaning services.

PiFresh provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning services
• Commercial cleaning services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
• Post-construction cleaning
• Airbnb cleaning services
• Special event cleaning

All services are performed by trained, insured, and background-checked professionals using eco-friendly cleaning products.

Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or mobile app. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

To ensure the best service experience, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property to be cleaned
• Ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time
• Secure pets in a separate area during cleaning
• Remove valuable items and personal belongings from areas to be cleaned
• Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals
• Be present or provide access instructions for the cleaning team

We are committed to providing quality cleaning services and addressing any concerns promptly. If you're not satisfied with our cleaning service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction
• We may offer to re-clean specific areas if needed

This policy does not apply to damage claims, which are handled separately under our insurance policy.

Insurance Coverage: PiFresh maintains $2,000,000 in general liability insurance to protect our customers and their property.

Damage Claims: While we take every precaution to protect your property, accidents can happen. If damage occurs during our service:

• Report the damage immediately to our office
• Document the damage with photos
• We will investigate and process the claim through our insurance

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the actual value of the damaged item, whichever is less.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact information, property details, and payment information.

How We Use Information: We use your information to provide cleaning services, communicate with you, and improve our services.

Customers are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information about the property or cleaning needs

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice.

We may terminate services immediately if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in prohibited activities
• You fail to pay for services rendered
• We determine that providing service would be unsafe or illegal

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
